Dr Emmanuelle Walkowiak VC\\\\\\\'s senior research fellow of RMIT. She analyses the impact of the digital transformation on new shapes of work and the evolution of the quality of working life. More specifically, she leads the FLOW-GenAI initiative (Future of Labour, Organisation and Work with Generative AI). My research contributes to understand how the rapid diffusion of technologies is disrupting work, workers, workplaces, the labour market and employment policies.
