I am a reform focussed economist with more than. 20 years experience working with some of Australia’s most well respected economic and regulatory agencies.

In this time, I have contributed to significant reforms of federal financial relations, business taxation, economic regulation of urban water, the design of gambling markets, taxi regulation and regulation making processes in Australia or internationally.
