Hayden is passionate about achieving great community outcomes through inspired strategic and commercial decision-making. He does this by to develop and foster a common vision of success and engaging those around him to deliver it. Hayden is a highly-invested leader who has built high-performing teams of all shapes and sizes. He prides himself on the positive cultural impact he has on organisations he works with.

Hayden has worked in senior strategy and financial roles across the utility and agricultural sectors, inlcuding for KPMG, Tasmanian Irrigation Schemes, Melbourne Water, AUSVEG, City of Port Phillip and Aurora Energy.

Hayden is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Institute of Chartered Accountants and Economic Society of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science from the University of Tasmania.
