Bio
Bronwyn is the Managing Director of CCL Consultants (CCL).
CCL provides economic advice in relation to domestic and international competition laws. CCL’s on-going clients include a multinational supermarket, funeral service providers, health insurer, wine wholesaler, gas retailer, and international investment banking institutions seeking advice about domestic and international mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to commencing her consulting career, Bronwyn worked for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in a variety of roles. In addition, she has been an academic tutor in the field of economics, at the University of Adelaide, and University of South Australia.
Bronwyn is currently a volunteer mediator at the Adelaide Magistrate Court. Bronwyn is also a trainer for the Governance Risk and Compliance Institute (GRCi) teaching its Certificate IV in Risk and Compliance Management course to compliance professionals.
Bronwyn is the chairperson of the Labor Business Group, which provides economic policy advice to the South Australian government. Bronwyn is also an active member of the Competition and Consumer Committee, Law Council of Australia, and the SME Committee, Law Council of Australia.
In 2017, Bronwyn was awarded the Supreme Court of Northern Territory award for outstanding professional promise through scholarship, character and leadership.
Bronwyn's formal qualifications include: B.Ec (Adelaide), LLB (1st Class Honours) (CDU), B.A (1st Class Honours) (Adelaide), B.Mgt (UniSA), GDLP (Distinction average) (College of Law), Certificate IV in Risk and Compliance Management (GRCi), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and Accredited Business Mediator (CIArb and ADC).
