Sydney has 15+ years’ experience as a people, program and project manager in strategy and operational assignments, leading analytical and enablement teams in consulting and industry with a focus on commercial and financial advisory, business performance improvement and digital transformation. As a management consultant he has focussed on transaction advisory, industry and macro forecasting and commercial and go-to-market transformation. As a strategy and operations professional his main functional expertise includes business performance management, operating model design and implementation, sales enablement, and compensation architecture, reporting automation and data strategy. With experience in both B2B & B2C environments, Sydney has worked across Financial Services, Agribusiness, Infrastructure, Public Sector, TMT & Higher Ed both locally and globally.  

He has also been lecturing in managerial economics, macro and microeconomics and quantitative methods for economic analysis in Australia and overseas. He has been an instructor and facilitator at most levels of tertiary and adult education, from first year undergraduate to specialised postgraduate units as well as professional development courses and workshops.

Sydney has been a media commentator for a number of years in the areas of macroeconomics, industry analysis and policy and entrepreunship.
