Sam is an economist specializing in Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Modelling, with a particular interest in climate change mitigation.  He has a background in environmental engineering, focusing on flooding and sea level rise.  He has undertaken multiple cost-benefit analyses of related climate change adaptation options.
