Dr. Abdellatif is an associate professor of economics, College of Business and Economics, Qatar University. Further, Mahmoud is the founding Director of Center for Entrepreneurship (Currently Center for Entrepreneurship and Organization Excellence), College of Business & Economics – Qatar University from September 2013 to August 2022. He used to overlook the Center core activities including research, training, entrepreneurship programs and incubation for startups. He has secured funding from a number of institutions such as Qatar Foundation and Qatar Financial Centre. He has experience to work with regional and international institutions, such as, Arab Planning Institute and International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation
