Bio
Dr Paul Blacklow is a lecturer in econometrics and microeconomics at the University of Tasmania, Australia. Paul specialises in modelling the behaviour and choices of individuals and households, particularly in how they allocate their money and time. He conducts research into prices, incomes and inequality, the cost of living, the cost of children, education performance and labour markets. Paul also provides specialist consulting services for Tasmanian organisations and has examined such issue as illicit drug reform, workers compensation and Antarctic services.
