Adriana Espejo Sanchez

Bio
Adriana has experience as a consultant, project manager, economics researcher, teaching assistant (postgraduate level) and lecturer (undergraduate level) in microeconomics, macroeconomics and economic planning courses. As project manager, Adriana has supported program implementation in Mongolia, Indonesia, and Philippines. These programs are funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Adriana has a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Economics from the Colombian School of Engineering "Julio Garavito" (2001), and a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Applied Economics from the ETEA – Córdoba University, Spain (2003), a Specialisation in Tax Management at the Externado University, Colombia (2010) and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management in Carnegie Mellon University (2011) in Adelaide. She is currently studying a PhD in International Trade and Trade Policies at University of Adelaide. Her topic is Gender, Trade and Development in Global Production Value Chains: Case of Developing Countries.
Spanish is her native language and she is highly proficient in English and has basic competency in French. Her computer abilities are Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook), ArcGIS 9.3, Minitab 15.1, Stata, R, Transfer Pricing Architect™, Osiris database.
