Bio

I am the founder and principal of DXP Consulting.

​A genuine desire to make a difference drives my work ethic. It is the motivation for establishing DXP Consulting.

I have many years’ experience leading policy, economic analysis and strategic advice across a wide range of sectors and issues. A particular focus over more recent years has been influencing education policy and practice, and skilled migration policy.

My immediate past role was as Head Education Policy for CPA Australia. I have held executive roles in the Victorian public service, worked in the New Zealand public service, and influenced and shaped policy through consultancy, research and advocacy roles outside of government.

​I hold an Executive Masters in Public Administration and an Honours degree in Economics.

Outside of work, I am a wife and a mother of three. My children’s names are the inspiration behind the naming of DXP Consulting. I am a slowing runner and a chocoholic.
