My research interests lie in international macroeconomics, international trade, labor economics and spatial economics, with implications pertaining to wage inequality, labor market polarization and policy-related issues. 

My current research examines how policy shocks interact with labor market frictions in affecting firms’ decisions and workers’ choices, and thus shaping aggregate outcomes.
