Alejandro Pacheco
I earned my PhD in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Canberra (2023) and have dedicated over a decade to academia. I have served as an Economics Lecturer in various universities and postgraduate programs internationally. Since 2017, I have been a Research Fellow at the National Centre for Economic Modelling at the Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis, University of Canberra, where I have advanced research in welfare economics and life satisfaction. Currently, I lead research at UrCommunity Ltd (Melbourne) and work as an Associate Researcher and Postgraduate Lecturer at Anahuac University, as well as a Lecturer at Monterrey Technological Institute, consistently contributing to the development of innovative economic scholarship and pedagogy.

Dr Elcin Tuzel is a Research Fellow and Health Economist at the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH) at The University of Queensland. Her research applies econometric methods to evaluate health and education policies, focusing on primary care delivery, workforce planning, and mental health. As a Chief Investigator on multiple interdisciplinary projects, she examines how governance, institutional design, and policy interventions influence health outcomes and system efficiency. Elcin is an active member of the Australian Health Economics Society, convenor of its Mental Health Special Interest Group, and a certified Mental Health First Aider.
