In this presentation, Professor Donna Ginther presents an evaluation of the effects of the American Economics Association's CEMENT mentoring program on the career outcomes of female economists. The CEMENT mentoring program is a randomized controlled trial that provides professional development advice for junior female economists at research-intensive institutions. The program was previously sponsored by the US National Science Foundation and is now sponsored by the American Economics Association.
