The presentation will analyse when industry benchmarking and other information sharing agreements become collusion and lessen competition in a substantial way. It will highlight practices which are of concern to competition agencies such as e ACCC (Australia), FTC/DOJ (US) and EC (Europe). Past court cases and current competition guidelines will be discussed.  The presentation will also discuss whether the considerations taken into account should change in the current extreme circumstances during a pandemic.
